One of the most natural approaches is the keyboard. Commonly it is considered an adaptable approach to take screenshots from the keyboard.

  1. CAPTURE THE ENTIRE SCREEN:

To make a screenshot from the keyboard what you all need to do is press the command+ shift and 3 together and there you go.

After this, for the saving procedure, you need to repeat this process except for command and save it on your clipboard or even as a PNG format.

But wait this is not the end what if you need to capture a selected area?

  1. CAPTURE THE SELECTED/ SPECIFIC AREA:

Well, if you are looking to take a screenshot for a specific portion or area then without any hurdle press the command+ shift and key 4 simultaneously. Apart from this with the help of a mouse, you can also drag and turned a crosshair and select the screenshot region according to your wish.

But what if you forget the keyboard shortcut keys?

  1. TAKING SCREENSHOTS WITH A GRAB:

Well if you are having a problem to remember all the shortcut keys then don’t worry. Grab is a program which is pre-download in your Mac. Through this, you can get rid of this shortcut keys remembering. Once you launch the grab then there you can get options of screenshots on the menu bar according to your wish.
