Perhaps, the greatest thing about computers is the world of opportunity the machine opens up. With a computer, everything in the world is at your fingertips and you can pretty much do whatever you want to do, and learn whatever you want to learn. There is no end to what can be done with a proper and efficient computer. Now that we are in the days of computer and mobile apps, there are even more options now than ever before, and on top of that, the options are more accessible more than ever and new apps and resources are seemingly being invented every single day. But, with all of the thousands and thousands of resources available on the internet, there are definitely a precious few that should be used by everyone in some way or another. Whether you are a student, a businessman and just the average joe, there are resources and apps that are available to you and can actually help your life out quite a bit. Here are a few of the best resources/ apps available on the web and via mobile phone:
Must Use Resource #1. Ninite.com
Ninite is the perfect app for those people who are tired of waiting forever when they are installing upgrades and other things onto their computers. Usually, installing or upgrading an application (i.e. upgrading from Windows 7 to a newer version) takes a long time and makes the computer pretty much inoperable during the upgrade time. But, with ninite, it becomes much easier. It was, in fact, designed specifically to make installing or upgrading quick and easy. Essentially, the Ninite application allows you to go away from the computer and will answer all the installing/ upgrading questions for you. It clicks yes for all the basic hardware and software automatically, and replies “no” to any of the extra add-ons that come with installations and upgrades. So, you do not have to do anything, but sit back and wait for the process to be over.
Must Use Resource #2. Dropbox
Dropbox is so great for anyone (students, business owners, etc.) that has to juggle a lot of work and files via various resources and outlets. Dropbox allows you to easily transfer large files without using e-mail or anything else. Essentially, Dropbox links up your computer with another person’s computer, so you can transfer files back and forth without doing anything difficult or confusing.
Must Use Resource #3. Evernote
Evernote is the perfect online resource for anyone who is forgetful. This is because Evernote works as electronic post-it notes, so you will never forget anything again…since it will be at your fingertips whenever you want it, via phone or computer.
